A Dream That Took Flight
Hello everyone, My name is Kamal Sharma and I am associated with SpiceJet Jaipur team and this is my story which will encourage each and everyone to never give up on your dreams! I was raised in a home filled with love. My parents always stood by me, gave me their full support and believed in me even when times were hard. But life wasn’t always smooth. We all saw the COVID-19 pandemic which changed everything. Like many others, I faced the harsh reality of survival. I took up every kind of job that came my way—just to make ends meet, just to stay afloat and to support my family.
During those years, I learned two things deeply: humility and strength. I never gave up, because I always carried one dream in my heart—to be a part of the aviation world. And that dream found its wings the day I joined SpiceJet.
My journey with SpiceJet began in a humble role—as a support staff. But I knew this was my first step in the right direction. I have always been an emotional person. I find peace in helping others and joy in feeding animals. That is just who I am. In addition, at SpiceJet, I found a place where even small acts of kindness were valued.
It was the Jaipur team that truly shaped my journey. My seniors and team members saw something in me. They guided me, motivated me and most importantly—believed in me. Their constant support made me aim higher. I was no longer just working—I was chasing a dream.
Step by step, with hard work and faith, I moved closer to it. Moreover, today, I proudly hold the position of Senior Executive – Cabin Appearance. A role I once only imagined is now mine. This is what we call a dream come true.
SpiceJet is not just an airline for me—it is my second family. A family that gave me purpose, dignity and a future. I walk into work every day with gratitude in my heart and a smile on my face—because I know I belong.
To anyone who is struggling, doubting, or dreaming—I just want to say: Do not stop believing. Because with the right people around you and a heart that does not give up, even the toughest roads lead to beautiful destinations.
